Thank you for your understanding. Construction has been put on pause for over 2 years now. We're not sure when they're going to resume construction. Other Details to Note
Please be aware that there are security cameras on this property. 1) Smoking is not permitted inside the house. If there are any signs of smoking or tampering with smoke detectors, you will incur an immediate fine of $500 for smoke mitigation. You may smoke outside of the house. Please dispose of the cigarette butts responsibly. 2) There are two security cameras for both guest and our protection. They will only be facing the front of the house and the driveway and will not infringe on guests' privacy. These cameras will always be on and recording both audio and video. Do not tamper with these cameras in any manner. Tampering with cameras will result in immediate termination of reservation and guests will be removed from the premises. 3) Please maintain a reasonable volume during quiet hours. Please do not play loud music outdoors. This home is located in a residential area and we would like to be respectful to our neighbors. It is very important for guests to keep the noise level down during these hours. Guests will receive one warning. Police will be called if necessary and all occupants will be removed from the premises. Thank you for your cooperation. 4) We have a strict cancellation policy and travel insurance is recommended.
